Waiver & Release of Liability
By registering for Kingdom Family Weekend, I acknowledge and agree to the following on behalf of myself and my children listed on my registration:
- Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in Kingdom Family Weekend activities—including but not limited to outdoor games, inflatables, field day events, food-related activities, and recreational use of facilities—carries inherent risks. I voluntarily assume all risks of injury, illness, property damage, or loss associated with participation.
- Release of Liability: I, on behalf of myself and my children, release and hold harmless Grace Fellowship Church, the YMCA, the Purpose Character Leadership Academy (PCLA), their staff, volunteers, officers, directors, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising from participation in this event.
- Medical Treatment Authorization: In the event of an accident or medical emergency, I authorize event staff or volunteers to seek medical care as necessary and understand I am responsible for any resulting medical expenses.
- Media Release: I grant Grace Fellowship Church, YMCA, and PCLA permission to use photographs and video recordings of me and/or my children for promotional purposes (print, online, and social media) without compensation.
- Health & Safety: I agree to notify event staff of any food allergies, medical conditions, or special needs for myself or my children prior to participation.
- Illness & Contagious Conditions: I understand that participation may involve potential exposure to illness, including COVID-19, and assume all related risks.
